Private Dance

General

Need a piece of choreography for a talent show, special event/Ball, audition or even ideas for a wedding? You will enjoy the ease of a private lesson to get you on the right track. Our resources can provide assistance with costume or wardrobe preparation, props, musical selection, music editing, lighting, backdrops, videographers etc.

School Dance Team Try Outs

Generally a participant is given a list of skills from their coach. This list needs to be perfected prior to tryouts. Let us work with you to single out those skills in question. Our expertise in dance theory enables us to provide insight concerning proper balance and execution of desired skills as well as increasing a student’s strength and flexibility. Understanding basic fundamentals will give any student
the upper edge at try outs!

Interview Coach

Working as a Preliminary Pageant Director “Miss Central Alabama” for the Miss Alabama Pageant was one of my most memorable experiences! As a choreographer and director I had the opportunity to work with many girls seeking college scholarship and the opportunity to be considered for the title of “Miss Alabama”. Interview is a key percentage of the scoring process. Not only how you answer a question or converse is essential, but the delivery itself, as well as posture, attitude and where you focus your eyes to name a few, are all key factors in being well received. As a Dance Educator, I have served as a pageant judge for School and Local Pageants Jr. Miss (DYW) for Crenshaw County, Baldwin County, and Macon County. Serving in this capacity further extends the ability to share the mentality of the interview process from a judges point of view.
